You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the sizi9 platform. Providing false information about your age or location is a material breach of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one sizi9 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held within them, without exception.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on sizi9 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by sizi9 to any player transaction.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable turnover requirements have been met in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sizi9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
sizi9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities.

Access to and use of the sizi9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to sizi9 that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Clause 2 and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. sizi9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend Account access pending verification.
To access real-money products on the sizi9 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must select a unique username and a strong password that you have not used on any other platform.
Each Player is strictly limited to one registered Account on the sizi9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, sizi9 will close all but the oldest verified account and may confiscate any balances held in the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify sizi9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. sizi9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your Account credentials.
sizi9 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or valid passport) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended until verification is completed to sizi9's satisfaction.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting sizi9's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements or verification obligations. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
sizi9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sizi9 does not accept deposits made in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed in the sizi9 cashier at the time of the transaction. sizi9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund and potential Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the sizi9 cashier, subject to the following conditions:
sizi9 maintains and applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with internationally recognised standards. sizi9 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds represent the proceeds of criminal activity. In such circumstances, sizi9 may report the relevant activity to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
sizi9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and BRI Liga 1 milestones. Each individual promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including a stated Wagering Requirement, eligible game types, minimum deposit amount, maximum bet size while a bonus is active, and an expiry date.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward Wagering Requirement completion; different game types may carry different contribution rates (for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage — these rates are stated per promotion).
sizi9 actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal financial exposure, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, and the use of automated betting scripts. Where bonus abuse is identified, sizi9 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to permanently close the Account without notice.
Bonus Funds that are not used, and Wagering Requirements that are not completed, within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited. sizi9 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances determined entirely at sizi9's discretion.
Sportsbook bets placed on the sizi9 Platform are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the sizi9 sports betting rules shall be the definitive reference. sizi9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or "palpably wrong" price, including prices resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest operator error.
Live betting (voor bola — in-play betting on football matches) is offered subject to acceptance of current live odds at the time the bet is placed. Bets submitted during periods of suspended markets will be rejected and stake returned.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets that include a voided selection will have that selection treated as a non-runner, and the accumulator will be recalculated at the reduced number of selections.
Live casino games streamed on the sizi9 Platform are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are governed by the respective provider's game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sizi9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an Account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
